Happy Thursday y’all! I hope you’ve had a fantastic week so far. 🙂 My week in Berlin has had it’s ups and downs. I didn’t feel very well on Monday and even though I’m feeling better today, I’m still feeling a little bit under the weather. Maybe it’s because of the rain and colder temperatures. It has been all gloomy and rainy since Monday, and I want to travel somewhere warm and sunny even more. Well, not only somewhere hot and sunny but also somewhere by the sea with a lot of beautiful beaches. But I’ll stay in Berlin for now and fly to London on the 18th of August. It’s not a city well-known for its beaches, but I’ll definitely be fun to travel again and be away for a couple of days. But enough travel talk and enough complaints, today I want to show you an outfit I was wearing last week:

Velcro Stan Smith

Some of you will hate these shoes; others will like them just as I do: the Velcro Stan Smith. I wanted to buy a pair of Velcro Stan Smith quite a while, but couldn’t decide which colour. In the end, I went for the most simple ones, the all white Velcro Stan Smith. Those who don’t like them at all might wonder why I wanted to buy them and here’s the answer: first of all, it’s so easy to open and close these shoes. x) And I like the fact that they don’t look like all the other shoes I already have in my closet. I like to have variation in my wardrobe, but at the same time, the pieces have to match my style. And since I like to keep it simple and prefer all the minimalistic outfits, it’s not always easy to find pieces that look different than all the other ones I already have but are similar to them at the same time. Okay, that sounds complicated, but I hope you understand what I’m trying to say. x)

Velcro Stan Smith and Flower Dress

For the first outfit, I opted for one of my favourite combinations: white sneakers and dress. I combined my new Velcro Stan Smith with a flower dress, added a black cardigan and a couple of jewels, and that’s it. It’s a very simple yet interesting look, and it’s perfect for summer days. When it’s too hot outside you can leave the cardigan at home, but it’s a great way to stay warm when it’s a little bit windy or when you’re wearing this outfit on a balmy summer night. What do you think about my outfit? Do you like it?
