Folks, I’m back in Berlin and it still feels a bit weird to be back after almost three months in another country. It’s great to be back in my hometown, but I already miss Australia – especially the sea and the weather. 😉 I’m happy to have a few outfits we shot in Australia left, so I can keep this adventure a bit longer “alive” on the blog. What about you? Do you want to see more Australia posts? Of course you want! Here is the only outfit we shot in Byron Bay. We spent three nights in Byron Bay, but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to shoot more, because we were surfing and strolling around all day. 🙂

Cape Byron Bay Lighthouse

The location for the one and only outfit we shot in Byron Bay? Of course the Cape Byron Bay Lighthouse. It is an icon for Byron Bay and is the most easterly point of the Australian mainland. Visiting a lighthouse might sound boring, but it’s definitely not. The Cape Byron offers amazing views and if you’re lucky you can see turtles, dolphins and whales (from May to October) as well as wallabies. Unfortunately we didn’t see any of those animlas, but we really enjoyed the beautiful view. 🙂

Things to Do in Byron Bay

Visiting the Cape Byron Bay Lighthouse is not the only thing you should do in Byron Bay. Byron Bay isn’t a big city, it’s pretty small, but definitely worth a visit, because it’s simply beautiful! The beaches are amazing and the waves are perfect! That’s why surfing is definitely one of the MUST DO’s when in Byron Bay. You can’t surf? Don’t worry, attend one of the many surf lessons and learn how to surf! 🙂 It’s fun, promise!
