Another week is over, the first week of August and it felt like autumn even though it’s still summer in Berlin. I can’t believe it’s already getting colder outside and that the days are getting shorter as well. We’ve been waiting for summer all the time, and now it seems to be over… But it’s just the same as every year. I should engross the thoughts of moving to Australia for the colder month 😉 For now, we’re just planning our trip to Australia at the end of December. We want to spend a month in Australia, travelling around in a camper van and come back when the worst time in Germany is already over. We haven’t booked anything yet but already started planning a route and stuff like this.
Making travel plans was definitely a big part of the past week, but unfortunately, we haven’t booked anything at all except London. We’ll be in London from the 18th of August until the 20th of August, and I really can’t wait. We’re also planning to fly to Rome in September, sometime around the 12th since it’s our anniversary 🙂 And at the end of September, we want to fly to Mallorca for five days. We’re not planning to travel somewhere in October and November because this month we want to save up everything for the trip to Australia at the end of December to make it the most amazing trip ever!
So much for that. Our travel plans are probably the most interesting things to tell you about the past week. It was raining a lot, so I spent most of the time at the office. I didn’t feel good on Monday, so I spent half of the day at home in bed and tried to rest. Luckily I felt better around noon and went to the office. I really don’t want to get sick right now; that would suck! I’m already low on outfit pictures because it’s hard to take new pictures when it’s gloomy, cold and rainy all the time. And if I would get sick, it would be even more difficult to take new outfit pictures. 😉
As you can see, the past week was everything but exciting. The only exciting event of the past week was the adidas Runners City Night in Berlin I already told you everything about in this post. I enjoyed it to the fullest and had a lot of fun running the 5 km through my neighbourhood. We even passed my home x) If you want to know more about the run, make sure to check my blogpost about it. xx
