It’s Monday, time for another business post. Probably most of you have some trouble getting out of bed on a Monday, and it’s not only getting out of bed, but it’s also getting motivated to do something at all. It doesn’t matter if you’re a student, an employee or your own boss, everybody has motivation problems on Mondays. That’s why I want to share some tips with you today; that’ll help you to increase your motivation on Mondays. I hope they’ll help you, and if you have other tips, please don’t hesitate to let me know!

Prepare and schedule your Monday ahead

It’s always a good idea to prepare the upcoming day or week because you’re more relaxed when you know what’s waiting for you the next day. When you schedule your Monday ahead, you’ll know where to start and what to do. Not scheduling the day ahead means you’ll have to find the motivation to start somewhere first because a lot of tasks will pop up in your head and it’s always more difficult to start when you don’t know where to start! Does it make sense? I think you know, what I’m trying to say. 🙂

Plan something nice for your Monday evening

Even when you prepared your Monday and week ahead, there might be some tasks you really don’t want to do. Plan something nice for the evening, so you have something to look forward to. It’ll make your day go by faster. And isn’t it better to think about nice plans for the evening than a Monday that won’t go by and all its tasks?

Go to bed early on Sunday

You don’t want to be tired on Monday morning, so go to bed early on Sunday. This way you’ll feel well rested and have fewer problems to get out of bed in the morning. Additionally, a long and good sleep will give you a lot of energy for the day. Even when you want to enjoy your Sunday as long as possible, try to go to bed early and make your Monday less manic 😉
