how to wear Denim Shorts

FRIYAY! Only a few more hours to go until we can call it a day and start the weekend, who is as excited as I am? Well, I am not that excited hahaha. My boyfriend is flying to Miami today so that I will be home alone for a whole week, and I haven’t made any plans for the upcoming days yet. I have a lot of work to get done, so I will probably spend a lot of time at the office – even this weekend. I want to edit the videos from Sri Lanka, Amsterdam, Portugal and Spain so that I can upload them to Youtube soon. I don’t know why it takes so much time, but I am just not satisfied with the results. But the first Sri Lanka video should be ready to be shared soon, and I will share the second and maybe a third one afterwards as well. So stay tuned and make sure to subscribe to my Youtube channel 🙂

Other than that, I also want to get back into a running routine. I want to go for a run at least three times a week, twice a week 5 to 10 km and once a week 10 to 15 km. I also want to go to the gym more often, and since my boyfriend won’t be home, there is nothing else I could do x) So work and fitness will be a big part of the upcoming week. Maybe I will also meet up with some friends, eat out and socialise a little bit – we will see. I will for sure take you along on Instagram, so make sure to watch my Instagram Story. For now, you can find a new summer outfit here on the blog, have a closer look at the pictures and let me know what you think.

How to wear a low neckline body

I was wearing this pretty low neckline body during Fashion Week in Berlin for the first time. The outfit I was wearing wasn’t the one I planned to wear, but it was colder than expected, so I to think of another outfit. The plan was to combine this body with a pair of denim shorts, a black bag and some mule sandals – almost the same as the outfit you can see here. The temperatures during Fashion Week in Berlin were too low, so I couldn’t go for the denim shorts and combined the low neckline body with a pair of dark grey jeans instead. You can see this outfit here.

Since I really liked the outfit combination I first had in mind for Fashion Week, I decided to wear it as soon as it got warmer in Berlin. And here I am showing you this exact look. Well, not the exact look I had in mind, but a very similar one. I changed the shoes and bag so that the outfit would look a little bit more casual. I was wearing this outfit on the weekend, I think it was two weeks ago. We were running errands all morning, had lunch at a restaurant in our neighbourhood and in the afternoon I ran the 10 km at the Adidas Runners City Night. Of course, I wasn’t wearing this outfit for the run, but I did the rest of the day. And it was a perfect choice. It is casual yet chic and perfect for a day spent in the city. I felt super comfortable, neither overdressed while running errands nor underdressed for lunch at a restaurant. I would also wear this outfit for a day spent at the office, to a meeting or even when meeting up with friends. It is the perfect look to wear on a day to day basis no matter what you are up to. 🙂
